This page summarizes parent-facing policies from Miss Pam's 2026 agreement in plain language. It is not a replacement for the signed enrollment agreement.

Hours and Tuition

Hours are Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-6:00 PM; Friday 6:00 AM-5:30 PM; Saturday-Sunday closed. Full-time care is listed at $150/week for full-time care. Ask Miss Pam to confirm the current fit, schedule, and any part-time needs.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are served during the day at no additional charge. Children are encouraged to try a variety of foods, but special dietary needs should be discussed directly with Miss Pam.

Sick Care

Children who are ill enough to interrupt care or endanger other children may need alternate care until they are well enough to return. The 2026 policy references fever, vomiting, diarrhea, potentially contagious conditions, and physician guidance as return-to-care considerations.

Potty Training

Potty training is handled by watching for readiness, using practical clothing, keeping extra clothes available, and avoiding shame around accidents. Miss Pam's approach is patient and readiness-based.

Parent Responsibilities

Parents should keep emergency information current, provide needed supplies, call ahead when attendance changes, and follow arrival/pickup expectations.

Emergency Planning

Emergency and evacuation planning is summarized here only at a high level for privacy. Miss Pam maintains emergency procedures, supplies, parent contact information, and alternate-care planning. Private phone numbers, floor-plan details, and private evacuation locations are intentionally not published.
